    Have I resided in other countries other than Canada, how far back do I go?

    2 things, first i have just been asked for details going back to 18 despite the form saying 10 years, hugely annoying but be prepared. Secondly if you lived in any other country for 6 months or more you will also need a police certificate

    I sympathise, my application was extremely accurate; i work in law and am used to producing court standard files so made sure i followed their instructions to the letter, i completed schedule A which asked for my activities and addresses since 18 or for the last 10 years, whichever was soonest...
