Hi Sanika, We have the same situation. We have also used the old form because we are almost done filling up the applications and then they changed everything. But when I called CIC, they said that it is still ok to use the old one.

Hi Kuku, Do you think the same happens to my application, which is they put it on hold? But I don't think so because the tracking indicates that the item was successfully delivered... What's confusing is a lot of people have been mailing to that address ... and so why did they need to re-check...
