Too disappointed by the way CIC is handling the PR issues. My application reached CIC on 14th Nov (NOC 3111) and today they replied that they have returned the application as the cap has been reached. At that time website showed 275 applications...do not know how they missed 225 applications...

My application was delivered at CIC on 14-nov-2011(NOC 3111). I have not received any information nor have they replied to my queries through email(sent on 22-Jan-2012).

I got my passport while i was living in hostel at Chandigarh. Presently I am living in Delhi since last three years and would be applying for PR(Canada).I am confused from where should I get my PCC, Delhi or Chandigarh???
