Hello all, Does receiving the CSQ pretty much guarantee PR at the federal level? That is, if I have no police record and no major illness? Is the federal part of the Quebec PR application merely a formality?

What will they check at the federal level, apart from the medical/criminal background? The CIC website says that "Quebec-selected skilled workers are not assessed on the six selection factors of the Federal Skilled Workers Program."
