Hi, I would like to add a question, do we have to provide the notarized document for relative's proof of Canadian citizenship, such as copies of her/his passport and canadian citizenship card, or we can just send the photocopy instead without being notarized?

Oh, I forgot another thing, you have to show proof that your relative is living in Canada i.e. bills, bank statements, etc sent under your relative's name & address in Canada.
