They asked for mine on the 18th of April .. knduteau - you should have yours back by now, how long did it take them? :)

Hi Everyone, My spouse is sponsoring me for permanent residency. She is a Canadian citizen, and I am from the USA. We are going to send out application to Buffalo for processing. Am I eligible for an open work permit at any point? If not, I am able to work under a NAFTA work permit as well...
