Where does the sponsorship approval come from? Is it from the visa office where the papers have been forwarded to?

MY DAY IS SAVED!!! Just got email: "Please note that we have recently received your file in London, everything is progressing normally." I am so happy. Sooooo happy. No sponsorship approval yet I guess, but at least I know something is happening, and my papers are where they're supposed to be!

We applied for citizenship certification for our 1 month old and yes we did have to have photos. The photo specifications are not so strict with babies under 12 months of age, it says so even on the photo specification page.
