dear kazkaz, wait wait wait, don't be so sentimental. you are absolutely right that things happening with us are exceptions. CHC, Islamabad has been working for years but such delays has not occurred. I also know a CHC, Islamabad applicant who got PPR in 90 days this year before commencement...
