If you are looking to get an update on your file, then You dont really need to speak to the MP directly, Their representatives have the authority to get an update from the Visa office. Everytime I got an update from the Visa office, It was through the representative and the not MP herself. So...

Also, at the time my husband got his fingerprints taken, He was not given an option to have the report sent to him. he was told that if its for immigration purposes then the report will be sent directly to the Visa office. I hope things are in place, Cant afford another delay... :( Soni

Hi PMM Actually thats not the case, as i got an e-mail from RCMP stating that the results will be sent to CHC new delhi because thats wat I had asked for at the time I submitted my application through the agency in Toronto. Soni
