No we havent put any papers thru yet. Ive tried to take the steps to find out but unfortunatly I dont speak german so its almost impossible to figure out how to get a copy of his record from there. By the sounds of the circumstances it doesnt sound like hes been charged but I wanna know before...

I just got married to my Jamaican husband in October, we havent started the process yet but will be soon, it seems very overwhelming and LONG!! Someone please tell me its not as bad as it seems!!

I am Canadian and mu husband is a Jamiacan citizen, He was visiting Switzerland about 3 years ago and was arrested with a (small) amout of marijuana. It is unsure if he was actually charged as he was let out 4 hour later by a judge but was still finger printed. Will this affect our application?
