It's very very weird.Normally CIO should take more time than 3 days to start initial process. It seems someone make our thread to be panic. BTW if it's true,faanni could u elaborate or show us the reply from CIO?

In my opinion,it seems to be unnecessary who recieve our package at CIO office. I don't think it affected our processing.

Dear ammaartahir, Yes,you r exactly right. I've sent the docs on VO specific checklist along with my pakage to CIO. Carefully,please do not send original docs except PCC and IELTS score.Moreover,sending all docs required on checklist is neccessary. Cheers

IELTS sheet must be the origianal one. PCC is a dilemma whether send it with application pakage or not.(I suggest you to send it) The others could be notarised documents.

As i seen CIO has changed some questions in application form.I'm not sure it would be harm to my application or not bcz I used the old one.
