I saw in www.myimmitracker.com that for some people it takes more than a month to pass the medicals and for others much less than that. Anyway I would send an email to CIO Sydney and ask about the medicals.

Last time it took 3.5 weeks, this time - a week, because they used the medicals from our first application (passed in June 2017, expires in March 2018). Have you tried to send them an email to ask about your medicals?
