I got it. In item 8 states both pre C-50 and C-50. Since both are FSW application and even though my first application is no a pre C-50 but an actually C-50 because I applied after new rules, it will not matter. They see them as both FWS application and it should be fine. Good point and thank you.

Actually no. I do not have nomination from Alberta. I applied as skilled worker. Maybe Buffalo will make a decision soon, I am hoping. I just think it is taking to long(2 months) not to transfer, but to make a decison on that transfer. Thanks.
