    i agree.. as long as you have your passport and visa in order.. they will only as some elementary questions.. but they really dont care..

    will NOC 0213 be taken off the list 2010??

    what happens in the future will not impact what you do now. I dont think that CIC has rules that are retroactive. also i havent found one source which says that 0213 is going to be taken off the list..
