Also my ecas still says In Process: Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 24, 2012. But I have done my Meds in Apr this year.

I'm in the same boat. VO is Paris. Meds done in April. No news yet. ECAS says in process. Any other people who did meds in Apr got their PPR?

Thanks KhiPak. Surely there's no rule. I checked the list there are all kinds of cases. But in case the visa stamping allows only few days, weeks to travel then is it possible to extend landing?

Bro I don't think there's a separate form for Military service. All Military service questions are covered in form IMM5669E. Point no 6 in PVO letter requests you to provide copy of the Military Card or Military Exemption Card.
