Today at 8 pm I called them.. I will be getting gic certificate tomorrow he told me so.. I did payment on 19th so its taking 5 business days exact.

I applied for ME.. Bcz for Msc u need an advisor which is difficult to get in good universities.

I think the deadline for gic was 22nd Nov for payment itself. Contact your agent take his/her advice.
