I am just wondering.. did i choose the right Visa office...i mean CPP-Ottawa......i had the options of newyork and seattle also......these cpp-o people are damn slow in processing the files :'(

thanks sarayu ...........i initially filed my application in 2004 in fsw category but then all pre feb 2008 applicationa were cancelled and only 600 applicants were chosen and nominated by ontario pnp.....luckily i am one of them ....they said this one wud be a faster process so lets see how...

hello , wotever u said its true........so y dont we wait for another 2-3 months and move to canada as Permanent residents only......it will be easy finding a job and also for medical benefits......i am ontario fsw backlog applicant waiting for ppr .....m in USA right now...finished my medicals...

Thanks sarayu...........i have already updated in your tracksheet abt my medicals...........but regarding my landing issue m worried because i dont have US visa right now....m on my I-94 only .....what if m not allowed to enter US after completing my PR landing on border.

hello everyone, I am living in US from last 3 years on L1 visa....and i am pre-feb 2008 Backlog applicant Ontario province.......done with my medicals and waiting for PPR......so my question is can we do landing process by crossing the border and come back to US immediately or do we have to stay...
