"We haven't received your application. Currently we are only working on applications received up until the 25th of May". So if you sent it on the 25th, and it arrived on the 27th/28th.....they haven't even looked at it yet. I'm in the same boat.

I've had "decision made" for about 10 weeks now. No invite letter or any update to ecas. It shows decision made, but on the status update it just shows that they started processing on April 14, 2014. Sat the test in January, passed and had to submit some docs which I did. Status changed 10...

It's definitely a case by case basis. For example my PR went through within about 4 months of processing. MY citizenship went through within 8 months but never updated in ECAS. It still says "We started processing your application on April 14, 2014" And I've already sat the test.
