Unfortunately my IELTS is expired. So is FSWP accepts expired IELTS or not?

Please help me by answering these questions. I am very worried.\ I have two questions? 1) How can I know that my employer has submitted my application of LMO? 2) What is the normal time for the approval of LMO by SC 3) What is the expiration period of LMO if approved?

thats why I am asking that after many weeks/months HRSDC approved the LMO?

My consultant has an employer in Canada and he applied for a LMO for me. He told me that I have to wait till JULY to get the status of LMO. I need to ask that is he give me correct time. IS HRSDC takes 3 months to process the LMO? Thanks
