Not sure if you had read it; I read in another thread in this forum seems like VOs are in training on how to process with new rules for July 2012 applications and how to implement scheme to clear the backlogs and thats why there is a delay in process for last few weeks hope they complete their...

for my friend's friend also eCAS changed on Sunday only to Decision Made Also I read in other forum threads that it was changed on Thursday, Friday n all So i guess the status change is not only on tuesday; lets keep checking every day as it doesnt take much of effort :)
