well i got a question here...if someone says he/she is educated and wana pursue highest level of education[i am referring to a spouse visa]..lets say a phd...will it be in favor of that person or will visa officer will doubt his intentions... so far as i have come to know is that visa officer...

humm..quite interesting....;)

I am really impressed by the fair criteria, planning and concern of CIC...but point is that a spouse visa should be given with less n minimum criteria..or they should mention and make it clear while issuing PR to singles that when you plan to get married you should at least pick up your spouse...
