Hi Robert, As per the final checklist i got from Manitoba Immigration, the visa office will require this settlement funds. But wasn't sure if I will include this or not, as you know there's no requirement of settlement funds in the checklist of the Canadian Embassy here in Abu Dhabi. Thanks CLARK
