As another person ssid, if you decide to apply through Quebec, make sure you do the CSQ early on. We didn't realize it was so important and thought it was an entirely separate issue. We would have been done in Sept, ( roughly) but since we didn't allpy for the CSQ until CIC was requesting it...

wow...your situation is heartwrenching!! I'm so sorry! Can you try to get a new atty that can help you sort thing out? Can you change your application to an inland, spousal sponsorship IN CANADA? Can you appeal to the Canadian gov.to allow you to bring in your wife ..maybe as a refugee status...

Your story is really sad. Maybe you can tell your member of parliament about your case and appeal to him or her to help you in any way they can. I'm sorry to hear of such suffering. :-(
