please vote here if you sent your docs in November last year... looks like they had kinda problem in CIO during that period of time as many people who applied then got NO response at all... that would be okay if not for the fact that those applied before or after got responses already, you know...

same here - docs sent to CIO in November last year, signed by a person there on receipt. nothing since then. it makes me guess either they are fans of the racial profiling or something, or maybe somebody just sabbotaging the federal program... or something else happened during that period of...
