main apne id nal check kita aman i mean my file numbr

"Medical results have been received. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." is this a normal line or anything unusual?

Any guesses about how much time ND will take to give there first response after PPR?? i mean interview call or docu req etc

One month has been passed but yet no response frm ND after my PPR..:( m afraid..Hope everything is fine nd i dont get an interview cal or document requirement frm ND..dont know wethr i get my pp with visa or an interview call frm ND.. very much confused nd depressed :(:(
