I work as a live in caregiver with a contract for 10 CAD per 42 hours and half.
Today my employer said that she wants to change the hours at 45 hours per week.
Do we need to change the contract? Is that ok even if the LMO was 42,5 hours?
Plus, is that true that I need 1 hour and...

ok. This is the story. He came in July 2009 as a visitor and then he applied for an extension as a visitor but today he it has been refused.
So the problem is, what is the best thing that he can do? Because he has to leave immediately Canada.

for all the information, because it was true °I don't know how to get those information. Anyway the situation is like that: I work 50 hours per week and she wants pay me only for 42,5 (hours written on LMO).
