I got answer from PV again... It's 18 months if you are applying thro' Buffalo, NY but we heard the case of 8-10 months i.e. outside USA.

IMM 5406 has to be completed by you and your spouse. But make sure for your spouse form put your name in applicant field, your spouse name in spouse field and your spouse's family info in mother, father, brother & sister field.
