This does bring up an important point. When do we need a mailing address in Canada? Also, does this mean we need to stay in one place upon arrival in Canada so we can receive the PR card?

we notice that despite some of the applications having the same receipt date from CIC, why don't all of them have the CC/DD already? By the way, what does CC/DD mean and whats it for?
