it is now running five months since Canada Post confirmed the application was received by CIO nova scotia around last week of April 2010. But still no news at all from them, not even a confirmation email. Seniors, please help what happened to the application, and on what to do?

We did this, we confirmed that CIO did receive our application, and right now its past 90 days since they received it, and CIO in NS has not given any feedback at all. Are we rejected or not? we hate it that our application is in limbo, and no way to move on. What to do?

the email address replied,but said we should be writing CIO, and not their VO. Is writing and sending a regular letter concerning followup to our application the only way? And please seniors, why still no reply from CIO? Please help.
