Yes all of this is done in the interview (if it was needed). In fact with QC immigration program, they will not call you for interview unless you don't have enough points. In case you have the required points, mostly they will not ask you for interview. Regards

If you applied with Quebec immigration program (and satisfy the requirements) you don't need to get any points on the federal program. After you get QSC (Quebec selection certificate), all you need for the federal is medical check and security clearance.

Usually it takes 1-2 months to get the AOR. For me it took 1 month. Let's wait for other members expert advise (like PMM)
