hi kuttyy, No brother, you can not reapply under same NOC, this will result in rejection again, your NOC should fall under 38 list which they have given, apply as per to their norms you will surely get success. All The Best.

hi all, I have applied under 2281 NOC on 21st august 2008 and case started processing on 4th of sep 2008, now my on line status is shown that your case has been sent to nova scotia and they may contact you. CAN ANY ONE ANSWER THAT HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR PROCESSING. REGARDS SARBJIT
