I applied for project management through canam consultants in new delhi, didn't work out for me. I am already a masters degree holder so I guess a PhD program would do. Any idea about PhD programs in canada?

Try again, you will get there for sure. Speak to good consultants today itself. Ask them about a good course and dont tell them your situation in first place. See what they could offer you.
what so special about these notes?? As in the refusal letter its mentioned that course was not related to previous studies.

Yes, it was a diploma course. I know, but I dont have enough savings to go for a degree course at this stage.
Since, I have to work in India after finishing my course so Indian employers accepts management diploma as IMS also gives you a diploma.
My consultant is suggesting me to re-apply but I am not too sure.
Is there any way to contact someone in authority and let them know that they have spoiled someone's life with a huge career gap and now how I am going to justify this gap to my future employer or university????
