just to update: called CIC call center today, and was told that a letter mailed already (i havn't received yet), and the the oath is on 20Apr. Finally, this is close to its end.

I submitted the application on Aug2010, and got the 1st letter in Nov2010. The status changed to "In process" in June2011. I just mailed the application according to the mail address on the application form, and I forgot which city it is.

FYI. I called CIC Call Center today, and they told me that even though I got the first letter and study guide, it doesn't mean that I have completed "Step 1 - up to 9 months". Also, they checked my file, and it's still in Initial Review stage. So, I have a long time to wait then.

Thanks. I check online status all the time, but nothing changed since then. I didn't call CIC Call Centre, but will do around 5 month since I received the first letter.
