so we cant apply untill documents gets assesed?? or should we apply and simultaneuisly send documents for assesment and once we recieve the documents send them to cic....as it takes almost 4weeks for assesment? what u say?

i have heard that this ECA is only for those who are applying under PHD program or have any job offer there in canada... but if u r applying in any of 22 categories and u dont have job offer u dont need this ECA.. is this right?

There is nothing written ielts 6each module on their site.. It could be ielts average 6.0 minimum... Cic.gc.ca visit this

there is no minimum per modules requiremtn writen on cic official website...they just said minimum threshold clb 7 only.. not each module

But in cic.gc website it says clb 7 is required which coresponds to ielts 6.0, its not written that minimum or max on their official website
