You said it, should not take more than 12 months but depending on the case it could be longer. It’s really up to you, you can take the chance and do it up front. As I’ve told you it depends of many things when they ask for it, each cases, each agents, each VO are different

Good evening! You must wait until they ask for it. It’s only valid for one year and it’s hard to say when they’ll ask for it as it varies from case to case, so doing it upfront could lead you of being obligated to redo it if it takes longer for whatever the reasons
