I have withdrawn already. The problem is that for the fact I put NOC 1111, my attorney used the duties for NOC 1111 because I e-mailed him saying that the duties of my NOC were pretty much the same that the ones on the occupation list. Now I will change to NOC 0111 as well as the duties. Thanks.

I do not think you can. If you had one application based in the old rule and a new one with the new rules, yes, you could. But since you have both application after the new rules, I do not think you can. Just my take. Cheers.
