How can my sponsor check GCMS notes? He doesn't even have access to that. He logs to only see the status saying Application Received, he can't request or interact with anything.

My husband just got an update from the MPP who contacted the CIC about our case. The CIC said that there is a mistake from there side and there is information about our file that was mistakenly not entered on the system and that they have no idea where our file is now. They will try to know...

Exactly, our case is VERY straight forward. We really have no clue what's going on. Especially when the MP called them and asked what's holding back the file that long, they replied "Nothing, we will still process" Please keep us in your prayers.

If the file was transferred in FeB to NDVO this means it took 1 month to assess the sponsor, the file transfer to NDVO is a sign you got sponsorship approval. Processing in NDVO is actually a second step. We are still stuck in step 1. Our file is in Canada and not getting transferred anywhere...
