do u put ur annual salary by just multiplying 12 by ur monthly salary?

That's interesting. Do you know the details of how that works? I am wondering which entity could possibly certify that a job reference letter is true... I know that feeling very well, my whole application also caused me headaches more than once... I sincerely hope it will be worth it for you in...

Competative rise in CRS score for ITA disappoints Overseas Professionals

I am not sure I understand your question... Once you become a permanent resident in any province, you are free to move to any other province according to section six of the Canadian Charter of Rights:

Competative rise in CRS score for ITA disappoints Overseas Professionals

The lowest score ever awarded an ITA was around 450 so in your situation I would not expect to get one without provincial nomination or a job offer. With 429 points you might have a very, very small chance of getting an ITA within the next year or so but personally I wouldn't invest, unless...

do u put ur annual salary by just multiplying 12 by ur monthly salary?

I would assume so. If everything on the letter is true, the only person who could get in trouble here is your colleague due to company policies, but that depends on the company. Why would you do that? Good luck with your application!

do u put ur annual salary by just multiplying 12 by ur monthly salary?

Just balance both options: There is no reason not to include the salary but there is a reason to include it - CIC asking for it. Try to get the letter on company letterhead anyway if possible, even if it is signed by your colleague. I would add the pay stubs and certificate just to be sure.

Does ur experience need to be permanent for Express Entry or contractual wud do?

If you are asking about foreign work experience: I believe that this depends very much on the details and I believe that IRCC cares more about what you actually did and how you did it than the legal framework of your country. If what you did was practically an employment, meaning that you...

do u put ur annual salary by just multiplying 12 by ur monthly salary?

Personally, I would put the figure that is immediately available to you and that you can directly support with documents in case they ask you to, may that be an hourly, bi-weekly, or monthly sum. Since CIC specifically asks for an annual salary, you can calculate it and put it on the letter...

Sikkim Manipal University- India, not recognized by WES org

University of Toronto is another alternative for ECAs. I think it took them about 2 - 3 months to evaluate one of my degrees, but don't take my word for it.

Language tests for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (Express Entry)

I think even US citizens need to take the IELTS GT test. Living in a certain country does not imply that you speak a certain language to a certain degree. If you find it so ridiculous, you shouldn't have a problem with just taking it and getting perfect score :P

How to send documents to wes

Hi tulikak, they want the transcripts to be sent directly by the instution in a sealed envelope. This means that both universities need to send the documents separately. If they refuse to send them for you, you can also send them yourself, however you need each university to put them in an...

    Mailing passport for PR?

Hi forum, assuming a miracle happens and I get PR really soon: Do I need to send my passport somewhere if I am from a visa-exempt country? Is there a deadline for this, because I'm planning to visit Canada for two weeks in the near future and I will need my passport for this..? Thanks!

what is needed at the US/Canada border?

It sounds like the two months restriction is imposed by the owner of the car, not the government, so the border official will not care about that at all. You do however need to look into how long you can drive with a US registration within Canada from a legal point of view.

what is needed at the US/Canada border?

Good point. Maybe he can get a loan from his previous US bank? I don't know, however, if they appreciate it if he will then permanently leave the country lol. But then the thing about the exchange rates that you just said would apply. But then again there are banks that give you loans with bad...

what is needed at the US/Canada border?

I just googled around a bit and found this, for instance: https://www.poweredbygrow.com/ There seem to be options but they probably come with *censored word* terms. Ideally you should talk to your own bank or a person there who you trust and that knows about your history.

what is needed at the US/Canada border?

I think because this is a relatively unusual situation for which most banks dont have a standardized process they will probably not want to do that. The effort of researching the risks involved would probably cost them more than the profit they can make on the contract. Your best bet would be...

what is needed at the US/Canada border?

Honestly, if there is no emotional value attached to that car, in his position I would just sell it in the US and buy a new one in Canada. That would be the most straightforward way. What everyone here is saying is that if you want to import the car, you need to own it at the time you cross the...
