My timeline: I applied on March 27 ,2011. then file approved at may4th and transferred to Singapore VO. Singapore received it at May13th. My email was replied by Canadian Visa, Immigration section. Nothing from Immigration Officer yet. Hope it will help you to get some ideas.

It seems to me , Singapore VO is now processing files for the "End of February" applicants. It will take 2-3 weeks to start march Applicants like me. Praying for the best.

I applied on March 27,2011. Application approved and transferred to Singapore on May 6, 2011. Singapore VO said in e-cas, they received PR application on May,13,2011. But didn't hear anything from them yet.
