I assume when you say "SA notice" you mean Sponsorship approval notice. We received our SA notice Feb. 19th, dated Feb. 13th. We were informed that our papers were in Mississauga on November 21st. There was quite a delay around this time with CIC presumably being shut down over the holidays...
