If u r in Canada then you can call to CIO, NS. Probably you cannot contact if you are out of canada. Most probably your application might return if you are not unlucky.

please check you spam folder at your given email id in application form sent to CIC, NS. sometimes the cic email goes to spam folder.

How about to check your spam folder if you provided you email id in your application? I am not sure but sometimes the e-msg goes to spam folder.

So far as I know that even DD is encashed however it take some extra time frame to send email in comparison with the CC encashed procedure. Try to check you junk email everyday or add the FSW email id in your contact address as well try to check your spam folder setting option.

I think you should sent an email to your VO at first. Did u put any email id in your application form? check your spam mail please. if u did not put any email then u should send a mail to CIO, NS stating your condition.
