Please don't think of doing anything illegal in Canada !! You can't work full time outside campus during regular classes. However, you can do that in your summer break.

Is your school a government-run school ? That probably means your Principal is a notary and he/she could do it for you. If it isn't, you'll need to get it attested by some government official.
