    Some good news from Beijing VO: DM2 was on Jan. 4th. They had asked for a police letter and original PPT in November and we submitted with in about 2 weeks. It looks like we are in the clear now, have to wait for the PPT to come back...

    Highly unlikely... It's just wishful thinking and imagination thinking GCMS will somehow bring out a forgotten case out of the limelight. ;D In practice, they have a sophisticated system tracking all applications and how/who to assign to case etc.

    Just a heads up to everyone that beginning January 1st. 2013 the Consent Form will be replaced with Use of a Representative - IMM5476. So be careful to fill out the correct forms if you're making an inquiry in the new year!

    Is it possible that I ask where you see the "Correspondence" section on ecas? If possible could you post a screenshot? I've been getting messages from the Beijing Office and CIC through email as requested but on ecas I don't see any record of emails or case specific inquiries sent/received etc...
