Thanks for all the good wishes. I applied in 2009, March or April, to Nova Scotia. Sent full application end of July, which was acknowledged by Buffalo in a few weeks. I don't have exact dates, but I can say that everything went normal, no long waits. I applied as registered nurse. Robert

My daughter is a US Citizen and Canadian PR. She lives in the US, can she preserve her Canadian PR status if she travels with the US passport? Do they know in Canada that she left Canada for more than two years? She travels by car between the two countries. Thanks, Robert
