I would like to do round trip and landing formalities in 1 day, meaning fly from the US to Vancouver in the morning and return late afternoon. I would have about 4 hours inbetween flights. Do you guys with experience think this is feasible? Thanks, Robert

I don't think he has an attorney who works on this, in my opinion he's not doing anything, just scaring you. Lawyers don't do this kind of action. If somebody wants to tip the immigation service, they have to do it themselves. Lawyers do other things. Immigration services receive tips every day...

Got it by email on December 16, today is 21st and haven't received a paper letter yet. I was actually waiting for the paper before sending the passports to LA, but now I'm not sure I'll get another one. Any experience with this? Thanks, Robert

Sorry to hear the bad news, but I would like to ask a question: did they first tell you that the application was reviewed and is being processed, then sent medical forms that you completed and AFTER YOU COMPLETED MEDICALS you were rejected based on not enough points? This would be very unusual...

Did the Canadian officer ask your wife to tell the reason she requested asylum in the US? I mean, did she have to tell the story she wrote on the asylum application? How did it come up, as far as I know that is not relevant for federal worker applications. Please be more coherent in explaining...
