I think you right we do not need the Nursing Eligibility for applying on new fast track program! The work experience is enough but its GOOD if you can get the elibility with the process time to get the job right away in Canada. Regards

I think for you current city 6 months validity is OK and if they asked you can always reproduce. But for FBI and the US State if you have not entered USA after the clearance they I think you are OK! Good Luch for you application! Bobby

Then you have to satisfy the visa officer that you will come back interms of showing your link with your country. And as far as I know you have to re apply as you cannot re appeal on the rejected study visa application. Bobby

Did you over stayed in any other country? I am not sure but I think you cannot can re-apply and give them the prove of your attachment with the country and your return confirmation!
