My wife got letter from CHC-Islambad today requesting Re-PCC and asked for the photcopy of nikkah nama and relationship proof like phone bill etc. It's almost after 1 year since I applied. They already have original nikkah nama. I have no idea why they are requesting photcopy.

Address re-appeared again. They were updating the system may be.

Yes I did get File Number in May, 2011. When you recieve your file number then check on E-CAS and confirm if you address appears or disappears.

@ mahamq245 Our AOR Date is quite same. I was able to get File Number in May 2011. Did the address on your wife's ECAS disappeared ? I heard the same thing that they ask for update or something else when address disappears but not sure about the real process. Keeping the fingers crossed.

mine is April 2011.

She did medical in February 2011 and is still valid until 2012. Did you recieve AOR in July 2011 ????

File was transferred to CHC-Islamabad on April 2011. What abt you ??

Is it a good idea to send documents such as phonebills, gift reciept, snapshot of emails voluntarily to CHC-Islamabad or Should i wait until they ask for it ? Any suggestions ??????????

If you are permanent resident of canada and employed then getting US Visa is not a big deal. Still there is no gurranttee of visa. If you get declined then its better to wait for atleast 6 months before giving the next shot.

E-CAS will not show your file number. You have to email CHC-Islamabad to request your file number.

If she has no family members (i.e. brother, sister, uncle or aunt) in canada then wirte N/A.

@ jani99 My situation is same as yours. Fortunately I do have invitation card of wedding and reception with movie. In sponsorship applcation, I mentioned that wedding and reception was altogether W both seem to have in same boat. Lets keep the finger crossed.
