us too :) we really didn't know na kailangan pang ipa-red ribbon yung certificate and rating, we just submitted it together with our other credentials, ok naman, hindi naman nagkaron ng problem. besides, 1 week din ata bago i-release ng dfa yung documents mo.. sayang din yung time. pero as kiko...
