My status also changed to "Received_by Visa Office" today. Looks like Buffalo just flinched... no other change observed, details only has PER - has no address, no reference to RBVO etc. Good luck to all, and hope we get more activity from Buffalo ASAP

I think the 'payment dated 7th sep' implies the date of receipt of payment or encashment, as opposed to date of receiving the application itself.

I see the same update for Buffalo, VO office as well. My interpretation (with no reference to 'validity') is that, we are to obtain PCC and have it ready for submission to VO when requested.
