Hi, Thanks for your quick reply. I got the PR last year mid, and at that time i was not married so i couldn't declare. Furthermore, the application process takes approx 4 months so is it possible to file the case before 4 months and till the time file would be there it would be 1 year. Thanks

Hi. I am here in Canada and i got PR. I want to sponsor my spouse and he is in UK but basically he is there for not more than 7 Months. Can i Sponsor him or is there any minimum time period which he have to spend there before applying ? Your response would be highly appreciated. Thanks, RFD
